HARD MESH

Hard Mesh

Hard mesh is great in bad weather and will stay consistent throughout much of the life of the pocket. You get great snap out of hard mesh so you can really "feel" the ball come out of the head. Hard mesh has a very quick release because there is a lot of pressure moving towards the middle of the pocket. We like the hard mesh because of how similar we can make it to the Rock-it Pocket.

SOFT MESH

Soft Mesh

Soft mesh catches the ball well. Since the pocket has so much give, it will have a slight tendency to lose its shape a little quicker than most pocket styles. It can be a little more difficult to keep the throw consistent with soft mesh and the release will be slower than most types of stringing methods. However, soft mesh will not stretch as much as hard mesh, meaning there can be less maintenance involved.

6-DIAMOND MESH

Six-diamond Mesh

Six-diamond mesh is best for more advanced players who are looking for a little more power on their shots and passes. The larger mesh holes hold on to the ball well, but there is a lot more room for error in throwing. There isn't as much snap in the 6-diamond mesh and it seems to wear out more quickly than the rest. Since there isn't much surface area for the mesh, it will stretch out and become inconsistent more than the other meshes.
