RETURN POLICIES

  • The customer must understand that Rock-it Pocket is not the head or handle manufacturer, but that we are a retailer. We do manufacture our stringing method. As such, Rock-it Pocket is not responsible for head or handle breaks, but we do honor manufacturer warranties and guarantee our stringing. See below for more details.
  • Heads and handles are warrantied against breaks by the manufacturer for a period of time, usually six months after purchase depending on the manufacturer and the product. See the chart below for full manufacturer warranties.
  • Please note that all Rock-it Pockets are custom made. We cannot accept any returns for used heads. Unused, dyed heads will be accepted at a $25 restocking fee. White heads may be able to be fully reimbursed, depending on the situation.
  • Since Rock-it Pocket is a stringing company, not the head manufacturer, we must recoup a form of payment for our stringing service during the warranty period. If the customer wishes their head to be restrung, Rock-it Pocket's warranty restringing fees are as follows:
    • Classic Rock-it Pocket - $30
    • George, Pookie or Dog Pockets - $35
    • Hard, Soft or 6-Diamond Mesh - $15
    • Hard Mesh or 12-Diamond Goal-Ex Pockets - $25
  • If customer wishes to receive only a blank head in return for their broken merchandise, they must contact the manufacturer directly. Please call Rock-it Pocket at 1 (800) 374.7468 for manufacturer contact information or use the chart below.
  • If a Classic, Pookie, George or Davis Dog Pocket fails because of general wear and tear within one year of purchase, we will replace the stringing for free. Guaranteed.
  • Warranty is not valid in a broken head or for pockets intentionally altered or miscared for.
  • Rock-it Pocket mesh is guaranteed for 30 days after purchase, including goalie mesh.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT HEAD DYE VOIDS THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY IN ALL CASES!! We are not able to warranty dyed heads! See manufacturer information below for more details.
  • ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ORIGINAL STRINGING AND COPY OF RECEIPT OR CLAIM MAY BE DELAYED!!
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping all merchandise to Rock-it Pocket. Rock-it Pocket will pay for return postage.
  • Warranty policy covers a one-time replacement on the original item purchased only.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

  • All Rock-it Pockets are custom strung to our specifications, meaning that we do not send out "fast food" heads that have been prepared in the past and shipped when they are ordered. They take time to make and our craftsmen take pride in every pocket. Thank you for your patience. Two-day shipping does not mean two-day delivery. It means two working days after we complete your order.

  • Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery from actual date of purchase, which is with the confirmation number that accompanies a successful on line order. During the busy season (December - May), please be patient as we are very inundated with orders!

  • Orders are shipped using either UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Delivery. Orders are generally shipped within five to seven days of order, but that time may be increased during more busy times of year.

  • Email confirmations from UPS are sent when order is shipped.

  • Rock-it Pocket now offers Canadian and international shipping. Please be aware of any potential duty or custom taxes when the product reaches your country.

  • We do not accept CODs.

  • ROCK-IT POCKET CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES!!

INDIVIDUAL MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
Brine Limited Warranty:
  • Lacrosse heads are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase – altering (including but not limited to:  pinching, dyeing, melting or bending) a head voids the warranty
  • Lacrosse shafts are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase – dings, dents and scratches may occur during normal use and are NOT covered under warranty
  • Lacrosse shaft grip coatings are guaranteed for 90 days from date of purchase
  • Returns during the first 30 days of the warranty period can be made thru the authorized Brine dealer
  • Returns made after the first 30 days of the warranty period must be made directly thru Brine.  Visit www.brine.com to fill out an online request form and wait to receive an email with a return authorization. 

Gait/deBeer Warranty:

  • deBeer will replace defective merchandise due to material failure or improper workmanship under normal use, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • Heads will be replaced only after thorough inspection at the factory to insure no deliberate alteration (pinching, dyeing, melting, etc.) or abuse has occurred.
  • Proof of purchase must accompany all returns.
  • Please call 800.833.3535 ext 10 to request a Return Authorization number.

STX Limited Warranty:

  • In the event that poor workmanship and/or material failure causes an STX lacrosse head or handle to break or become unusable under normal playing conditions within 6 months of the date of purchase, STX will replace a broken head or handle or unusable equipment upon delivery to STX (1500 Bush St, Baltimore, MD 21230 attn: Warranty) provided that delivery occurs within 6 months of your date of purchase and a proof of purchase is included.  Replacement heads and handles will be covered by this Limited Warranty only for the balance of the six month period beginning with the initial purchase.  Intentional modifications to the head, handle or equipment (e.g. engraving, gouging, branding, drilling, pinching, baking, dyeing, bending or evidence of excessive flexing) or other deliberate abuse will void this Limited Warranty.  For further inquiries, call 410.837.2022.

Warrior Warranty:

  • Warrior Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its heads will be free from defects during normal use for six months from the date of original retail purchase provided:
  1. the head was purchased from an authorized Warrior Lacrosse dealer;
  2. the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transactions;
  3. the head has not been gratuitously abused, altered (i.e. pinched or dyed), defaced or otherwise negligently damaged; and
  4. the return was handled properly according to the Warrior return process listed below
  • Warrior, upon receipt and approval of your return, will send you an unstrung head of the same model.
  • Intentional alterations to heads such as dyeing, melting or bending will void the warranty on all Warrior heads.
  • Warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only.

Handle warranties:

  • Titanium (attack length), all Kryptolyte and Platinum series handles:  free from defects including severe bends or breakage during normal use for 6 months from date of original retail purchase provided that (see 1-4 below):
  • Titanium series defense handles:  free from defects including severe bends or breakage during normal use for 30 days from date of original retail purchase provided that:
  1. the handle was purchased from an authorized Warrior Lacrosse dealer;
  2. the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transactions;
  3. the handle has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced or otherwise negligently damaged; and
  4. the return was handled properly according to the Warrior return process listed below
  • Dings, dents and scratches may occur during normal use and are NOT covered under warranty.
  • Men’s and women’s Aluminum 6000 handles are NOT covered under warranty.
  • Warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only.
  • To make a return:
  • Please follow these steps in order to return defective product for replacement.
  1. Locate your receipt and confirm that the product you wish to return is still within its warranty period.
  2. Visit www.warriorlacrosse.com and fill out an online request form, and wait for an email with an authorization number.  See the service center link on our website for return information.
  3. Package the defective product with proof of purchase and write your return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.  YOU MUST HAVE AN RA# TO MAKE A RETURN WITH WARRIOR SPORTS.
  4. Ship the package to:  Warrior Lacrosse Attn: Returns; 32125 Hollingsworth; Warren, MI 48092; RA # (insert your RA #)
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Warrior.
