The Warrior Diamond is extremely lightweight and rigid, but what really sets it apart is its unique, tacky feel, which (mostly) eliminates the need for tape. However, using the Diamond handle will break down the palms of your gloves quicker than most handles. You can think of the grip as sandpaper coating, similar to Gait's old LiquidMetal handle. The Diamond won't bend, ding or dent very much thanks to Warrior's "Pressure Tempered" coating. It does have a tendency to break all the way in half on especially hard and well placed checks, especially if you do happen to get a little ding. The Diamond has standard flat edges.
Recommended for high school to adult players looking for a lightweight alternative to titanium with a tacky grip.
