Many old users of the Brine Cyber will be excited about the Brine Cyber Pro, a new head entry for 2008. The Cyber Pro is virtually identical in overall shape to the old Cybers with some new school additions that get it back up to date. Just like the Warrior Pro series, the Cyber Pro is slightly more pinched than the old version as well. Weighing 157 grams, the Cyber Pro is a little heavier than the Franchise and about 30 grams heavier than the original, extremely lightweight Cyber. The problem with the old ones was that they tended to break, so maybe the extra weight will improve durability with this version. Overall, this head is very similar to the Brine Franchise, as both have many sidewall stringing holes and the same face shape. The only real difference is that the Cyber Pro's "comeback" is higher in the head, which should create a little less whip and make the pocket sit a little lower naturally. The Cyber Pro is a good head for players of nearly all positions, though we would be a little hesitant to recommend it for long poles until breakage reports are in. Frankly, if you liked the Cyber, you will like the Cyber Pro as well.
