Gait Torque

First manufactured in 2004, the Gait Torque is still a very popular head model. This head has the Gait canted technology which creates the maximum offset by gradually canting the lower rail. There are multiple holes, and the rails are lifted for the shooting strings to be tied high on the wall, creating a quick and consistent release. It is almost canted and offset all at once, giving maximum stroke (speed) capability.

The V-shaped scoop is designed for accuracy and channeling the ball to the middle.

The weight range for the Torque is about 133 grams, making it one of the lightest out there.

Paul pretty much threw every design feature he has in his bag for this one and we recommend it as one of our favorite heads. For a short stick, this head might be one of the best on the market, even now. If a player put this head on one of Gait's DB803 handles and 6-Diamond mesh, it might be the lightest combination of head, pocket and handle available.

String Dye Options:

ALSO NOTE THAT ALL HOCKEY LACES WILL BE WHITE FOR BOTH ROCK-IT POCKETS AND MESH ORDERS.

Note that we do not dye the side strings connecting to the middle of the pocket at this time.

Color 1 = Middle Strings for Rock-it Pocket or Mesh Piece (new)

Color 2 = Shooting Strings for Rock-it Pocket or sidewall strings for Mesh (no hockey laces)

Extra Hockey Laces:

Select 1 to 5 extra hockey laces at $2 each. Extra laces will be enclosed with your order for you to string later.
