The Evo Pro 2.0 has the look of the old Evo Pro on the sidewall, but other than that the design has changed quite a bit. It is NOT one of the new heads that is legal for all levels of play. It is too narrow for the new NCAA specifications. At just over 140 grams it is one of the lighter heads available in the new, very large stable of Warrior heads. The Evo Pro 2.0 has the maximum offset as well. The sidewall is flared at the bottom for great ball retention capabilities, and there are multiple holes, allowing for great versatility in pocket placement for mesh stringing. As with most Warrior heads, the step back at the bottom of the sidewall protects the strings and keeps the side strings out of the way of the ball to help with wear. Warrior advertises the Evo Pro 2.0 as the choice for the advanced player, presumably because it is pinched and does not have the wide open face that the NCAA mandates for 2010. The scoop is a flat blade, which we like a lot for scooping.
