The Warrior Razer 2.0 X is legal for all levels, including the NCAA and its 2010 width specifications. It is 6.5" at its widest point so in that sense it remains old school style. It has a maximum catching area, making it a good choice for all levels of play. At last count, from Mojo to Spyne, there are about 24 different head choices sold by Warrior alone. This, of course, is largely due to the new 2010 head specifications and the fact that different levels have different specs and rules for the head design.

The sidewall of the Razer 2.0 X is flared at the bottom to center the ball. With 16 holes placed closely along the bottom of the sidewall, it is easy to put in the mesh pocket. The Rock-it Pocket fits nicely as well, and the Rock-it also helps to keep the ball tracked in the center of these new heads that must be wider with the new rules.

Other than the holes and the wider girth of the 'X' series heads, the shape of the Razer X is very much a replica of the Razer 2.0. The 'bag' of the pocket is easily placed high near the scoop or low near the throat with the extra holes. For consistency we always recommend the pocket to be centered in all heads, but with the Razer X the head design does naturally make the pocket want to be a little farther up toward the scoop. That is the place where most hard shooters want the ball the ball to sit for that maximum RPM capability.

The throat sports a sexy looking 'X,' which not only differentiates the head as 2010 compliant, but also helps to reinforce the handle insert area a little more than the old Razer. The weight of the Razer X is around 150 grams, so it is a little heavier than the Evo series, but still would be in the extremely light weight range.

ROCK-IT POCKET LEATHER: - Our leathers are 100% real hide, which is durable and resistant to water. These leathers are strong and do not sag in humid conditions.

ROCK-IT POCKET & MESH MATERIALS: - We use a high quality nylon string for the middle part of our Rock-it Pockets and the sidewall/trim of our mesh pockets.

LACES: - We carry a variaty of hard, soft, 6 diamond, goalie hard and goalie 12 diamond mesh. The mesh we use is the most common type of mesh used in the game.

MESH MATERIALS: - Jima Lax supplies us with colored hockey laces we use on our mesh pockets. These laces can be used on Rock-it Pockets, but we recomend our high quality (default) laces that come only in white.
