Warrior's Titanium Infused line includes the Revo Ti in 2010. It features a titanium rod running along the top beam of the sidewalls and across the throat of the head as well. The intended affect of this reinforcement and rigidity is durability as well as more snap to the throw. The Revo TI is not a 2010 design so it is NOT LEGAL for NCAA play. The Revo TI is more similar to the Revolution 2.0 than it is to the Revo Pro, but all three are unique. The offset line is pretty much the same for all three of these in the Revo line-up, giving them all the same maximum offset allowed. The sidewalls on the Revo TI are more flared than the other two, giving the player added ball control and a pocket centering advantage. It also makes it a little easier to get the pocket higher in the head. The look of the open sidewall is the same on all 3, but the Revo TI has more stringing holes (15) at the base of the sidewall than the other two do (10). The head weight without a pocket is about 161 grams, compared to 150 grams for the Revolution 2.0. and the Revo Pro, which comes in at a hefty 166 grams. By the weight variances alone, it is easy to determine that these three heads do indeed have significant differences. The head opening at the widest point on the Revo TI is a little less than the Revolution 2.0 and the Revo Pro for those who want the narrowest legal opening and also wants the pre-2010 Revo or Revolution model. The scoop of the Revo TI is the same as many of the Revolution, Evolution, and other Warrior heads, with the so-called EZ Scoop design. The Revo Pro would be the exception with its thicker and very rigid scoop. As with the other Revos and Revolutions we tend to recommend the Revo TI for the defensive minded player who wants a little bit beefier head for checking and for holding up to the rigors of defensive play.
